Mobile Assessment for Seniors - In home mental health assessment, referral and follow-up services provided by a clinical social worker.

Get Back Into Life! - Group therapy for older adults with depression, anxiety, or grief and loss issues.

Mental Health Counseling - In home mental health assessment and counseling to address the symptoms arising from the stresses of the aging process and the functional limitations of that process or disability.

Targeted Mental Health Case Management - Case management services for older adults with mental illness.

U-ACT Team (United Agents for Coordinated Treatment) - A wrap-around team for older adults with mental illness and multiple other life domain problems.

Florida BRITE Project - Brief Intervention and Treatment for older adults at risk for Medication Misuse and Substance Abuse problems.
